At North Aster, we believe that the best way to help you grow is by letting you lead the way. The approach that we take, as well as the safe environment that we curate, is determined by the person who knows you best; not a textbook, not a label, you. Help our team of trauma-informed Counsellors be the branch that helps you reach your healing goals.

We are as comfortable offering research-based clinical avenues as we are existing with you in your safest, rawest form; whether you feel most comfortable among nature, holding your pet in your lap, or laying in a pillow fort, we will be right there with you - minus the pillow fort for ethical and insurance purposes.

Expressive Counselling introduces one-on-one counselling with a single counsellor. You lead what the session is about, where the session takes place, and how to communicate. You are assigned a counsellor based on your needs and goals, and they will guide you along your healing path.
